2. Our Services
- Boiler installation & replacement
- Boiler servicing & maintenance
- Central heating installation
- Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
- Emergency gas repairs
- Residential plumbing
- Air conditioning installation
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- Quotes valid for 30 days
- Prices include labour & standard materials unless stated
- Extra costs may apply for unforeseen work
- VAT will be added where applicable
- Emergency pricing may differ
4. Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments confirmed via email or phone
- Subject to availability
- 24 hours’ notice required for cancellation
- We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Ensure access to work area
- Have a responsible adult present
- Inform us of hazards
- Obtain necessary permissions
6. Payment Terms
- Payment due upon completion (unless agreed otherwise)
- Deposit up to 50% may be required
- Late payments may incur charges
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
7. Workmanship Guarantee
- 12 months guarantee on workmanship
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts
- Guarantee void if misused or modified
8. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability limited to amount paid for services
- No exclusion for death or personal injury caused by negligence
9. Health & Safety
Work is carried out in compliance with UK regulations. Engineers may isolate unsafe systems
where necessary for safety.
